Addendum: Presentation 

A report regarding the Rezoning Application and associated Development Permit with Variances Application for the properties located at 133 and 135 Gorge Road East in order to increase the density and allow mixed-use multi-unit residential rental uses at this location and recommending that Council waives the requirement for the holding of a public hearing.
