A report regarding the proposed Rezoning Application No. 00613 and Development Permit Application No. 000516 for 829-899 Fort Street and 846-856 Broughton Street in order to increase the density to 5.25:1 floor space ratio and permit a ten-storey mixed-use building with commercial uses and a mix of market, student and seniors rental housing and associated amenities and recommending it move forward to a public hearing.

A Council Member Motion requesting staff report back at the September 5, 2019 Committee of the Whole meeting on the costs and resource implications to mark the 100th Remembrance Day by creating and installing memorial medallions along both sides of Shelbourne Street from Bay Street to North Dairy Road.
