A letter dated March 7, 2018 from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, regarding the establishment and funding of a Citizens' Assembly on amalgamation with interested municipalities.

That Council:

  1. Appoint Evan Locke to the Art in Public Places Committee for a partial term ending December 31, 2018
  2. Rescind the appointment of India Young

A report recommending first and second readings of Bylaw No. 18-032 and first, second and third readings of Bylaw No. 18-033. The application is to rezone the property to permit six self-contained units in a housing conversion.

A report recommending first and second readings of Bylaw No. 18-001 and first, second and third readings of Bylaw No. 18-002. The application is to rezone the property at 71-75 Montreal Street to permit the construction of 12 residential units.

A report recommending first, second, and third readings of Bylaw No. 18-059. The purpose of the Bylaw is to amend the Vehicles for Hire Bylaw relative to the Horsedrawn Carriage Parking Stands.
