Rezoning Application No. 00388 and Development Permit Application No. 000298 for 1082 Richmond Avenue The purpose of this report is to update Council on the status of conditions set by Council for the application, and to recommend that the bylaws be adopted and the Development Permit approved following the Public Hearing held on November 27, 2014. The application is to authorize a four-storey, strata-titled apartment building. Bylaw Approval: To consider approval of the application, a motion to Adopt the bylaw is in order: Zoning Regulation Bylaw, Amendment Bylaw (No. 1009) Bylaw Approval: To consider approval of the Housing Agreement, a motion to rescind third reading of the Housing Agreement Bylaw is in order: Housing Agreement Bylaw (1082 Richmond Avenue) Bylaw Approval: To consider approval of the Housing Agreement a motion to amend the Housing Agreement is in order: That Council amend Housing Agreement (1082 Richmond Avenue) Bylaw by replacing Schedule A with the revised Schedule A. Bylaw Approval: To consider approval of the Housing Agreement a motion for Third Reading of the amended bylaw is in order: Housing Agreement Bylaw (1082 Richmond Avenue) Development Permit Approval: That Council approve a Development Permit for 1082 Richmond Avenue, in accordance with: - Plans for Rezoning Application No. 00388 and Development Permit No. 000298, stamped September 19, 2014;
- Development meeting all Zoning Regulation Bylaw requirements, and;
- Final plans to be generally in accordance with plans identified above to the satisfaction of the Director of Sustainable Planning and Community Development.
