  5. At the end of Harriet street"

A report regarding the proposed Heritage Designation Application No. 000179 and Heritage Alteration Permit with Variances Application No. 00018 for 1306-1330 Broad Street, 615-625 Johnson Street and Parts of 622 and 630 Yates Street in order to enhance the front facade and interior structure and recommending it move forward to a public hearing.

Addendum: Presentation

A report regarding the proposed approach for the city-wide Missing Middle Housing initiative.

A report regarding the proposed agreement with the Government of Canada pursuant to the receipt of funding for the Climate and Seismic Resilient Underground Infrastructure Project.

A report regarding the proposed direction to amend the Delegation of Signing Authority Bylaw to streamline City process by authorizing execution of certain documents by City staff.

A Council Member Motion regarding a request from the James Bay Neighbourhood Association to make a presentation to the Committee of the Whole on air quality and transportation issues in James Bay.

"That Council approve a grant of up to $2000 to the North Park Neighbourhood Association to cover all fees (admission, skates, helmets) for the public skating event on December 12, 2019, as an-kind contribution from the City to waive all user fees associated with the event, funded from the 2019 contingency."

A Council Member Motion regarding the Collaborative to Improve Access to the Gorge Waterway and the proposed initiation of a streamlined process in 2021 to update management plans for these parks.

A Council Member Motion regarding the proposed accommodation of City of Victoria staff who wish to participate in the Global Climate Strike on November 29, 2019 by permitting employees to attend the public event.
