Development Permit with Variances Application No. 00020 The Council of the City of Victoria will also consider issuing a development permit for the land known as 90 and 92 Dallas Road, in Development Permit Area 15D: Intensive Residential - Duplex for the purposes of approving the exterior design, finishes and landscaping, as well as associated variances with respect to setbacks and site coverage for the duplex.
