Addendum: Correspondence


Council is considering a Temporary Use Permit for the land known as 320 Cook Street and 1075 Pendergast Street, in Development Permit Area 5: Large Urban Villages, for the purposes of allowing retail, personal services, general office and professional office use of the second floor of the existing building.
