The bylaw is ready to proceed to Public Hearing and proposes to amend the Zoning Regulation Bylaw by amending the definition of half storey; amending the R3-1 and R3-2 Zone to clarify that in order to benefit from additional density and site coverage, motor vehicle parking must be provided consistent with Schedule C and must be entirely contained within an enclosed space; and amending the R1-A, R1-S1, R1-S2, R1-B-GS4-C1, R-76, CA-72 and M2-1 Zones to correct typographical and clerical errors.
