Council is considering an amendment to the Zoning Regulation Bylaw by adding a new definition in Schedule A - Definitions and amending the General Regulations by adding a new regulation that applies principal building setback regulations to retaining walls, outdoor features, accessory buildings, and garden suites on all waterfront properties occupied by residential uses.

The application is ready to proceed to Public Hearing and proposes to develop a new six-storey, multi-unit residential building with ground floor live-work units.

The bylaw proposes to amend Schedules A, B, C, E, and G to increase fees as outlined in Appendix A to the bylaw.

Addendum

Pending approval of the COTW motion, a report recommending:

The bylaw is ready to proceed to Public Hearing and proposes to amend the Zoning Regulation Bylaw to clarify the treatment of air space parcels under zoning regulations.
