         increase the maximum parking stall area grade from 8% to 10.50%

         decrease the front setback from 7.5m to 5.0m

         permit a roof deck.

  2. Development meeting all Zoning Regulation Bylaw requirements, except for the following variances:
    1. relaxation to permit a roof deck
    2. reduce the front yard setback from 7.50m to 5.00m
    3. increase the maximum parking stall area grade from 8% to 10.50%.
  3. Registration of a Section 219 Covenant on title to ensure the roof deck is used solely for the purposes pertaining to sustainable environmental initiatives, including but not limited to, solar panels and green roofs.

Council is considering an amendment to the Zoning Regulation Bylaw, in regards to Schedule D - Home Occupations, to allow more than one home occupation at a single dwelling, provided only one of the home occupations has customers that would attend and park at the dwelling; and to prohibit cannabis-related businesses.

Schedule D - Home Occupations

To amend Schedule D – Home Occupations of the Zoning Regulation Bylaw to increase the number of allowed home occupations at a single dwelling from one to three, provided only one of the home occupations has customers that would attend and park at the dwelling; and to prohibit cannabis-related businesses.
