That Council authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Licence Agreement with the Capital Regional District (CRD) for access and public use of a portion of trail within a CRD land parcel, in a form satisfactory to the City Clerk and the City Solicitor, for a period of five (5) years commencing February 1, 2019, at a rate of $2.00 per annum.

(No. BC0221816) at the premises at 715 Douglas Street that conforms to all rules and regulations regarding sidewalk cafe licenses, in a form satisfactory to the City Clerk and the City Solicitor for a period of one (1) year with 2 options for one (1) additional year, commencing September 30, 2019 at a base rate equivalent to the annual rate for sidewalk cafe set by City Bylaw No. 16-038, subject to the publication of the statutory notices required by the Community Charter.
