A report regarding the Rezoning and Development Permit with Variances applications for the property located at 710 Caledonia Avenue and 1961 Douglas Street in order to amend the previously approved proposal by converting approximately 3,600 m² office space within the podium of Building B to residential use with rental tenure, increasing the proportion of rental units by 43 and recommending approval.
