Addendum: Presentation

A report recommending:

  • 1st and 2nd readings of:
    • Zoning Regulation Bylaw, Amendment Bylaw (No. 1278) No. 22-045
    • Official Community Plan Bylaw, 2012, Amendment Bylaw (No. 42) No. 22-044

 

  • Motion to consider the Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw in conjunction with the required plans pursuant to section 477(3)(a) of the Local Government Act.

 

  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd readings of:
    • Land Use Procedures Bylaw, Amendment Bylaw (No. 17) No. 22-057
    • Affordable Housing Standards Bylaw No. 22-056

 


The bylaws are ready to proceed to Public Hearing and propose to encourage the development of “missing middle” housing forms in specific single family dwelling zones and two family dwelling zones. 

MOTION TO CLOSE THE JULY 14, 2022 COUNCIL MEETING TO THE PUBLIC


That Council convene a closed meeting that excludes the public under Section 90 of the Community Charter for the reason that the following agenda items deal with matters specified in Sections 90(1) and/or (2) of the Community Charter, namely:


Section 90(1) A part of a council meeting may be closed to the public if the subject matter being considered relates to or is one or more of the following:


Section 90(1)(e) the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality;
