Addendum: Correspondence and presentation


A report regarding Rezoning Application and Development Permit with Variances application for the property located at 1101 Yates Street in order to rezone from the S-1 Zone, Limited-Service District, to a new zone to increase the density and allow a mixed-use development consisting of two buildings (six storeys and 19 storeys) over a shared underground parkade and recommending that it proceed to bylaw readings.
