Addendum: Presentation


A report regarding a Heritage Designation Application for the property located at 646 Fisgard Street in order to designate the exterior and a portion of the interior, specifically the second-floor meeting hall, of the heritage-registered property located at 646 Fisgard Street and recommending that the application proceed to bylaw readings and a public hearing be scheduled.

A report regarding the liquor licence application for the property located at 1302 Gladstone Avenue in order to change from a food primary licence to a liquor primary licence, while maintaining the 186-person occupant load, and the current licenced hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. daily, and recommending approval.

A report regarding the City's policy for partial reimbursement of legal costs incurred by Council members in obtaining independent legal advice on potential conflicts of interest and recommending an increase of the per occurrence limit for obtaining independent legal advice.

Council Member Motion: 2025-2026 Property Tax Considerations


Withdrawn as previously referred to the April 24, 2025 Committee of the Whole meeting.

A Council Member Motion regarding the provision of additional funding from the 2025 Major Community Initiatives & Events Grant (MCIEG) in support of the Victoria Day Parade and the allocation of the remaining MCIEG funds throughout the remainder of the year.

A Council Member Motion regarding the participation and associated costs for Councillor Coleman's bid to become an elected member of the BC Caucus of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities Board for the 2025-2027 term.

A Council Member Motion requesting that Council authorize the attendance and associated expenses for Councillor Coleman to attend the 2025 FCM Conference and AGM in Ottawa.
