Council is considering an application to reduce the minimum unobstructed height clearance between the floor and any mechanical equipment for a vehicle parking space and drive aisle that is located underground or covered by a roof from 2.1m to 2m.

Council is considering a Development Permit with Variance for the land known as 888 Fort Street, in Development Permit Area 2 (HC) Core Business, for purposes of installing screening associated with radiocommunications antenna.

Council is considering an application to rezone the land known as 1022 Summit Avenue from the R1-B Zone, Single Family Dwelling District, to the R1-HC Zone, Three Family House Conversion District, to permit a house conversion for three residential units.

Council is considering an application to amend the Land Use Procedures Bylaw to delegate development approvals for non-market affordable housing to the Director of Sustainable Development and Community Planning in all Development Permit Areas. 


Council is considering an application to amend the Zoning Regulation Bylaw and the Zoning Bylaw 2018 to establish a maximum floor space ratio for qualifying affordable housing developments.
