A report seeking approval to enter into an encroachment agreement for an area of approximately 63.5 square metres at 1601 Douglas Street. This is an existing encroachment and the landowner has agreed to enter into an encroachment agreement with the City.

A report providing the Crystal Pool and Wellness Centre Feasibility Study. It includes a comparative analysis of the three potential sites and development options. The report seeks direction on the preferred site option, borrowing amount to complete the project, service continuity option and the voter assent process. 

A Council Member Motion requesting the Mayor to write to the BC Minister of Water, Land and Resource Stewardship, the BC Minister of Housing, and BC Minister of Transportation regarding Bill 47, which will require Victoria to designate Transit-Oriented Development Areas (TOD Areas) near transit hubs. 

A Council Member Motion requesting staff to respond promptly to communications from the public regarding antisemitism.

A Council Member Motion requesting that Victoria City Council endorse a UBCM resolution regarding Universal Basic Income for consideration at the September 2024 annual convention.

A Council Member Motion requesting that Victoria City Council endorse a UBCM resolution regarding vacancy control for consideration at the September 2024 annual convention.

A Council Member Motion requesting that Victoria City Council endorse a UBCM resolution requesting the Province to set standards for Municipal Council remuneration for consideration at the September 2024 annual convention.
