A report regarding an application by the Victoria Curling Club to transition their liquor primary club licence to a liquor primary licence, retain the existing hours which are 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Monday to Saturday and 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. Sunday, and retain the existing occupant load of 181 people, and recommending that it be approved.
