An update report regarding the Rezoning Application and Development Permit with Variances application for the property located at 710 Caledonia Avenue and 1961 Douglas Street, to rezone from the C-1 Zone, Limited Commercial District, and T-1 Zone, Limited Transient Accommodation District, in order to increase the density and allow for a mixed-use development consisting of three residential towers ranging in heights from 16 to 21 storeys above a commercial podium, and recommending that a public hearing be scheduled.
