A report regarding an Official Community Plan amendment, Rezoning and Development Permit Variance applications for the property located at 1693-1699 Fort Street in order to rezone from the R3-2 Zone, Multiple Dwelling District, to a site-specific zone in order to construct a new six-storey building with approximately 34 rental units and a ground floor commercial space.
