The purpose of this bylaw is to provide tax exemption for lands or improvements which qualify for a permissive exemption under section 224 of the Community Charter.

 

Addendum: Revised Bylaw

The purpose of this bylaw is to establish Officer Positions for the City of Victoria.

Following the Public Hearing that was held and closed on August 9, 2018 and first readings of the Housing Agreement on September 6, 2018, the bylaws are ready for adoption.

Following the Public Hearing held and closed on July 12, 2018 and the registration of the Statutory Right-of-Way, the bylaw is ready for adoption.

A letter dated August 15, 2018, congratulating the City on its successful efforts to undertake significant corporate or community-wide climate action to reduce GHG emissions in the 2017 reporting year.

A letter dated August 30, 2018 notifying the City of changes to the Intersection Safety Camera program.
