A report regarding updated information, analysis and recommendations pertaining to the revised application for the properties located at 349 Kipling Street and 1400 Fairfield Road in order to rezone from the R1-B Zone, Single Family Dwelling District, to a new site-specific zone in order to consolidate two lots and construct townhouses with a total of nine dwelling units, and recommending that it proceed to bylaw readings.
