A report regarding the proposed application to rezone from the R-K Zone, Medium Density Attached Dwelling District, to a new zone in order to increase the density from 0.6:1 floor space ratio to 1.76:1 floor space ratio and allow for a six-storey residential rental building with approximately 20 dwelling units at this location.
