A report regarding a Rezoning Application and associated Development Permit with Variances for the property located at 1702 Quadra Street and 862 Fisgard Street in order to construct a 13 storey mixed-use residential rental building with 88 residential units, three live-work units, and one commercial unit and recommending that Council waive the requirement to hold a public hearing.
