A report regarding the liquor licence application for the property located at 1200 Government Street in order to licence a 24-person outdoor patio area, which was established and licenced under the Province's Temporary Expanded Service Area program during the Pandemic, while maintaining their existing 250-person occupant load and recommending that the application be approved.

A report regarding the liquor licence application for the property located at 1022 Government Street in order to licence an 80-person outdoor patio area, which was established and licenced under the Province's Temporary Expanded Service Area program during the Pandemic, while maintaining their existing 320-person occupant load and recommending that the application be approved.

A report regarding the implications of establishing a minimum unit size for market rate multi-unit residential development projects in the Downtown Core Area, in alignment with other parts of the city.

A report regarding a petition from the east side of the 2200 Block of Government Street between Queens Avenue and Princess Avenue to reinstate the block to the Taxed Boulevard Program effective for the 2025 tax year and recommending approval.

A Council Member Motion requesting authorization of expenses associated with attendance at the Canadian Capital Cities Organization's Winter Meeting from January 27-29, 2025 in Ottawa.

A Council Member Motion requesting that copies of mayoral correspondence sent on behalf of Council be provided to Councillors.

A Council Member Motion regarding the status of existing City committees and providing direction on how to proceed with committees for the remainder of the current term of Council.
