A report regarding the concurrent Development Permit and Development Variance Permit applications for the property located at 1344 Thurlow Road. The first proposal, a Development Permit application, is to allow the subdivision of a lot into two separate lots: one regular lot and one panhandle lot, and for the development of a single-family dwelling on the panhandle lot. The concurrent proposal, a Development Variance Permit Application, is for the construction of a new single-family dwelling with secondary suite on the regular lot.
