A report presenting information, analysis and recommendations to move forward to public hearing a rezoning application which would increase the density and allow multi-unit residential and commercial uses at this location.  The development permit application is to seismically upgrade and rehabilitate two existing heritage buildings, construct an eight-storey residential building with ground-floor commercial, and construct a commercial/retail pavilion.

A report presenting information, analysis and recommendations regarding the definition of floor area in the recently approved Zoning Bylaw 2018 and if it should be amended to exclude exterior hallways and exterior staircases from the calculation of floor area for new buildings where the bylaw applies.

A report providing an update to Council of the City of Victoria's significant protocol activities and introduce a policy to provide direction on the City's Twin City relationships, recommending the approval of the Twin City policy.

A report updating Council on the implementation of a voting and attendance dashboard resulting from Council's direction in April 2018, with a recommendation to direct staff to proceed with implementing the dashboard in Quarter 1 of 2019.

A report directing staff to work in partnership with the North Park neighbourhood and the broader community to co-develop a plan for a consultation process for Central Park.
